To schedule an appointment at “Nail It!”, you have a few convenient options. You can give us a call at (929) 250-2700 to speak with our friendly receptionist, who will assist you in finding a suitable time slot. Alternatively, you can book online through our website by clicking on the “Book Now” button, where you can select your preferred services and appointment time. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired time slot, but walk-ins are also welcome if we have availability. Note: By booking an appointment, you are confirming that you have fully read our policy. When booking an appointment online we require a non-refundable deposit (which goes towards the total payment) and a card on file at the time of booking.

At Nail It, we offer a wide range of nail services to cater to your unique needs and preferences. Our services include classic manicures and pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nails, nail extensions, custom nail art, and nail enhancements. Whether you’re looking for a simple, elegant look or a bold, intricate design, our talented nail technicians are here to bring your vision to life. Additionally, we provide spa treatments to rejuvenate your nails and hands, leaving them not only beautiful but also healthy and nourished. Our prices are listed on our Services Page here. You can view our basic service prices and roughly calculate design prices by viewing our price list. If you are not sure, you can email us at [email protected] and we can provide an estimate.

We’d be happy to reschedule a new appointment if you can’t make it to your reserved appointment. Just let us know two days in advance by calling us at (929)-250-2700 or email us at [email protected]. If you do not let us know in advance and don’t show up to your appointment (no-show), we will charge the pre-deposit fee to the card on file as last minute cancellation fee.

If you want to book multiple services (ex. mani + pedi + spa), you can select multiple services at the time of booking.

We do take walk ins, but you are not guaranteed a service by the technician of your choice. Any available technician at the time will assist you. You can also call for any availabilities the day of.

If you need to fix your nails and/or design, we will fix it free of charge within 3 days of the appointment date. Any fix-up appointments made after that will be charged original fee per design/nail. Please remember that you might not be assigned the original technician for fix up appointments. Design changes will not be free of charge whatsoever. If you leave our salon, you are agreeing that you are satisfied with the service received. Please email or call us to arrange a fix-up appointment.

Nail it NYC is not responsible for any irritations, allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by our  products. Clients are encouraged to communicate any known allergies to our salon prior to booking an appointment.

We do not offer refunds for services. If you are unsatisfied with our service, we can fix/change it (Please see “Fix Policy”).  Gift certificates/memberships are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with an open or infected wound on the service area, or with conditions that we suspect may be contagious. We will not provide services to rude or disrespectful customers.

Our salon will not perform nail enhancement services to minors under the age of 16 unless the parent or guardian comes in. Please note that any young children and toddlers must be accompanied by another parent or guardian who is not getting a service done. We do not allow children to run around and/or disrupt our salon.
